Things I never thought I'd do . . .

Let my 15 month old eat her very own ice cream cone! (Don't mind the red mark on her forhead. . . who knows which fall or collision that was from)!

Let my 15 month old eat her very own cupcake!
Let my kids vegge in front of the TV!

It can't be a good sign when Cade says, "I love the TV!" and gives it a hug!

OKay, first of all, another dang cute layout! And, you make me feel better about my kids and what we "try" not to do.:) You are a rockin' mother!

It's so funny what we think we'll never do and then what just sort of plays out in life. The joys of motherhood.

Oh so true...I was thinking that today at Disneyland while my kids were swinging the chain in line...I could just "see" the other parents cringing at me for letting them do that...but I didn't care (too much)--it kept them from running away or fighting!!! Of course, there was a day when I might have said I'd only let my kids behave perfectly in public...anyway, you get the idea. (:

Yah, we're past that! ;) You know you're a good mom, Trenda! Sometimes we just allow our kids to things so we can survive!!!

The comment above is from me, Lindsay. Matt must've logged in last.

I Love the pictures. Yes, I have said these things many times. And I think that with Sydney I actually stuck by some of them. However, with each child I am sure more things fall by the wayside. I think you are doing a great job.

I love your blog! Just wait until you have more kids. The list gets longer! I'm sure life with teenagers will make all of this seem like nothing. We'll probably LONG for the days when they hugged Big Bird on the TV! :o)

That is way to cute of Cade hugging the TV! Those are all things I think most of us thought we would never do. I always said that I would never have the tv "watch my kids" yea right! If any of us actually didn't do what we said we weren't, we would be mental! :)
